OH House Republican leadership is attempting to revive HB435, which was heavily flawed in its original form, and actually removed some Religious Exemption liberties. RUMOR is that there is movement afoot to revive and amend this Bill.

Let’s not look a gift horse in the mouth. On Monday, myself and other Patriots in Lima gave House Speaker Bob Cupp and Senate President Matt Huffman an earful in the midst of their speaking event. Let’s now email them with our “minimum” requirements for a new liberty Bill. Many who know me, know that I want HB248 passed. It’s simple, and a beautiful testament to liberty. HOWEVER, foremost what we all need right now is a Bill that CAN pass, pass QUICKLY as “emergency” legislation, AND survive a veto override.

*In a typical FDA ‘shell game’, in August they “approved” Pfizer’s concoction under the trade name “Comirnaty”. Comirnaty will not be marketed or produced, as far as anyone can tell, until 2023 (when the normal 2+ years of trial have passed). The Pfizer product on the market today is still only the one under EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) and is NOT the branded Comirnaty product.

Representatives and Senators,
We the People demand EMERGENCY legislation designed to equally and truly protect THE PEOPLE from forced medication and oppression related to the current ‘COVID Mandates’ sweeping the State from “Private Businesses”. No carve-outs, allowing oppression of employees in the medical field (as found in the introduced version of HB435).

If the General Assembly is unable to come to agreement on prohibiting all vaccine mandates like HB248 would do, then these are the MINIMUM demands of We the People:

• Employers may not terminate an employee for refusing to ingest or apply a COVID-19 or other ‘gene therapy’ pharmaceutical.
• Employers likewise may not financially or procedurally penalize their employees, including by making them absorb the cost of COVID-19 tests.
• Employers and Businesses may NOT mandate COVID-19 -related identification as a terms of employment or requirement for entry or purchase.

The above is true whether or not the COVID-19 pharmaceutical is Approved, Authorized, or other designation by the FDA or other Federal or State agency or authority.
